These little jumpers are very common throughout Bateau Bay Homes. They are around half a centimetre in size ans wander across their landscape (ofyen our kitchens, floors, steps and rock gardens) in short bursts and hops. They can see a long way for such a tiny creature. In the yard at Budgewoi this species seems to haven been replaced with the very similar Lycidas sp
These all appear to be females. The image at the bottom is an amazing little refuge in the bricks. There is no way to know if it was built by spiders or wasps or what else. but the spider has a luxury home this time
